Artistic Pavers manufactures concrete pavers marketed at more than three times the density of a standard poured slab, aimed squarely at pool decks and patios.

The density and mix additives are the selling point: less algae and mildew growth, so sealing is optional in pedestrian areas, and no slab cracking because individual pavers flex relative to one another instead of failing as one rigid surface. Light colors run cooler underfoot, and the mix is formulated to hold up to saltwater pool chemistry.
